Thank you for considering the UT Creamery for your ice cream needs, a unique student experiential learning creamery at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Created, made and scooped by our students! We are excited to offer bulk sales to the Knoxville-area. To ensure we can accommodate your request, please follow all requirements for your type of request.
Bulk Ice Cream Options:
We require a minimum of two weeks advance notice prior to your need date. Submit your request to our Ice Cream Bulk Sales Request Form. Our website and social media has our up to date flavors, operating days/hours and payment options! On-campus receives a 10% discount on bulk ice cream orders (discount is not applied to student service charge, vouchers or gift cards). If you have any questions, please call the UT Creamery Retail Store at 865-974-5690, open Monday – Saturday from 12:00p.m. to 7:00p.m.
- Pre-Scooped 6 oz cups in increments of 24 cups per flavor. Pick-up is preferred at no charge. Delivery is based on UT Creamery student availability and a service charge of $19.50. Includes: cup, lid, and a pre-wrapped spoon
- 24-96 cups: $3.50 per cup
- 120-216 cups: $3.25 per cup
- 240+ cups: $3.00 per cup
- Hand-scooped in-person in a cup or cake cone on campus, in increments of 30 people per flavor. Based on availability of UT Creamery students, and service charge of $19.50 per hour, per student. If the request is not on UT Campus, prior approval of location and details of the event is required for consideration. Waffle cones are $1.00 extra per person.
- 30-90 people: $3.50 per person
- 120-180 people: $3.25 per person
- 210-270 people: $3.00 per person
- 300 people: $2.75 per person
Vouchers and Gift Cards
Gift Cards for the public are available! PURCHASE AT RETAIL STORE ONLY, $10.00 min/card
Vouchers are for within the University of Tennessee in the Knoxville area. Internal transfer payment options are available! Please submit your request to our Voucher Request Form. Vouchers are custom printed with sponsored by option. Waffle cones $1.00 extra per voucher.
- $5 voucher: one single scoop in a cup, cake cone, or sugar cone.
- $7 voucher: one double scoop in a cup, cake cone, or sugar cone.
